On-Location Bridal Beauty & Spa Services
We specialize in on-location bridal party hairstyling, airbrush makeup, and spa experiences—perfect for weddings, events, and special occasions. Our team is known for our flawless ability to Primp Hair and provide Perfect, Polished Airbrush Makeup!
We proudly use Dinair Airbrush Makeup (24-hour, water-resistant wear) and MAC Cosmetics, a long-time NYC favorite.

Important Booking Details
• Book More & Save
On weekdays and select weekends in our local service areas, we offer special Book More & Save promotions when booking the hair + makeup combination.
• Minimum Requirement
Saturday bridal bookings require a minimum of 4 adults receiving both hair & makeup. Single-person bookings may be accepted on weekdays and non-peak dates.
• Booking Fee
A $100 non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your wedding date. This fee is not applied toward services.
• On-Location Travel Fee
An on-location fee is added for all mobile bookings. Locations outside of our regular travel areas could incur a larger travel fee.
• Gratuity
An 20% gratuity is added automatically at the time of invoicing for all group and on-location bridal bookings.
• Final Details & Payments
Final guest count and services are due 6 weeks before your wedding.
Final payment is due 1 month before, and can be paid individually or all together.

Spa Hours & Reservations
Pamper Polish & Primp welcomes guests daily from 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
Hotel guests and groups may reserve services up to one year in advance.
For assistance or to plan your spa experience, please call 478-290-5163.
If you have special requests, allergies, medical conditions, or are expecting, please share this at the time of booking. For your safety, massage services are not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy.​​
Your Appointment
We want your visit to feel effortless from the moment you arrive.
Please plan to arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled time for check-in, setup, and changing into your robe.
Your service begins at the appointment time. Late arrivals will shorten your treatment so we may honor the next guest’s reservation, and the full service rate will still apply.
Our team will be ready for you right on time—we kindly ask the same in return.

Pricing
All spa and salon pricing is subject to change, and our online menu is updated regularly to reflect the most current offerings.

Service Charge
A 20% on-location setup/convenience fee is added to all services.
Additional gratuity for exceptional service may be offered at checkout by card, cash, or Venmo.

Cancellation Policy
Your service time is reserved especially for you.
Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance to avoid a fee equal to 100% of the service total.

Group & Corporate Spa Experiences
For groups of 10 or more, we create custom spa and salon packages designed for retreats, team events, bridal parties, and celebrations.​
Spa Etiquette

Before Your Service

Shaving is not recommended before body treatments, salt scrubs, or men’s facials.

If you choose to shave, please do so at least four hours before your appointment.

Massages and exfoliating treatments are not advised on sunburned skin.

A light shower before your service enhances the results and relaxation.
Robes & Personal Belongings​

Each guest receives a spa robe to enjoy during their visit; please return it after your treatment.

Undergarments are optional during massage and body services—professional draping is used throughout your session for comfort and privacy.

We encourage guests to travel light and leave valuables secured, as jewelry and loose items are best kept safe during your visit.
